At NXT LVL we focus on the athletic development for athletes 10-18 years old.

We help increase sports performance by using a measurable approach that focuses heavily on proper technique, functional movement, and core strength. 

  Athletes will improve:
🔺SPEED
🔺AGILITY
🔺STRENGTH
🔺CONDITIONING
🔺COORDINATION
🔺EXPLOSIVENESS







 

Our program is for ANY young athlete in any sport that wishes to improve their sports performance. We function as a TEAM, and will give support and encouragement every step of the way. We will recognize accomplishments and accolades in our end of session breakdown huddles and make sure every athlete progresses with praise.

Rates and Info

Session length: 1 hour 
Ages: 10-18 years old


Rates: $250 / month for unlimited sessions
OR
$20 per session with a minimum purchase of 5 sessions

SUMMER CLASS SCHEDULE:      
Mon - Wed - Fri.  2:30pm
*More class times added as the program grows
